Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech offers a range of digital services including website design and development, eCommerce solutions, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and related IT services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each service will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, necessary content, login credentials, and approvals as required during the project. Delays caused by the client in providing required inputs may affect delivery timelines, for which Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech shall not be held liable.

All payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the project proposal or invoice. We typically require an advance payment before commencing work. Final deliverables will be released only upon receipt of full payment. Overdue payments may attract a delay fee, and continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including website designs, code, and content developed exclusively for them. Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the project has concluded or the business relationship has ended.

We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party dependencies, or delayed client inputs. In such cases, we will communicate revised timelines promptly. Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech will not be liable for losses arising from reasonable project delays.

Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point. Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms.

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools, platforms, or APIs such as payment gateways, hosting providers, CRM systems, and advertising networks. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
