Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions as outlined in this policy. To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within the applicable period from the date of payment. Requests made beyond this window will not be entertained.

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses, and any service that has been fully delivered or substantially completed. Once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared, refunds will not apply to those portions.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details, invoice number, and a clear reason for your request. Our team will review your submission and provide a response within 2 business days. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the merit of the request.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

You may cancel a project or service within 48 hours of payment to qualify for a full refund, provided that no work has been initiated on our end. Cancellations requested after work has begun will be subject to partial refund consideration based on the stage of completion.

In cases where a project is already underway, a partial refund may be granted based on the proportion of work completed and the resources already allocated. The refundable amount will be calculated fairly and communicated to you before processing.

Services such as domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, and any third-party integrations are governed entirely by the respective service providers’ terms and refund policies. We are unable to offer refunds for these services on their behalf.

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services, blacklisting of the account, and potential legal action to recover dues.
