This Privacy Policy explains how the SH SEO Audit Pro mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), published by Sri Hayavadhana Info-Tech, handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

  1. Summary

SH SEO Audit Pro is a website SEO analysis tool. It does not require an account, does not collect personal information, does not show advertisements, and does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. The only information that leaves your device is the website URL you choose to audit, which is sent to Google’s analysis services to retrieve performance data.

  1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. The App has no sign-up, no login, and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any similar personal data.

The App processes the following on your device:

  • Website URLs you enter to run an audit.
  • Audit results and reports generated from those URLs.
  • App preferences such as your daily audit count and saved report history.

This information is stored locally on your device only (in the App’s private storage). We do not have a server, and we never receive a copy of it.

  1. Information Sent to Third-Party Services

To provide performance metrics, the App sends the website URL you choose to audit to the following Google services:

  • Google PageSpeed Insights API — to obtain performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO scores.
  • Google Chrome UX Report API (CrUX) — to obtain real-user Core Web Vitals data, where available.

Only the audited URL is sent. No information identifying you or your device is included. These requests are handled by Google and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The App also fetches the public content of the website you audit (its HTML, robots.txt and sitemap) directly from that website in order to run on-device checks.

  1. How We Use Information

Information processed by the App is used solely to:

  • Run the SEO audit you requested and display the results;
  • Generate PDF reports you can view, download, share, or email;
  • Remember your recent audits and daily usage on your device.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the App’s features.

  1. Reports and Sharing

PDF reports are created on your device. A report is only shared when you choose to download, share, or email it using your device’s standard sharing options. You control where a report goes.

Links in the App (WhatsApp, email, website) open external apps you have installed; any information you then send is handled by those apps and their providers.

  1. Permissions

The App uses the following Android permissions:

  • Internet and Network State — to fetch the audited website and call Google’s PageSpeed and Chrome UX Report APIs.

The App does not request access to your location, camera, contacts, microphone, or files beyond saving a report you explicitly download.

  1. Data Storage and Retention

All audit history, saved reports and preferences are stored only on your device. You can remove them at any time by using the in-app “Clear” option for reports or by uninstalling the App. Because we operate no server, uninstalling the App removes the data we process.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

  1. Data Security

Audited URLs are sent to Google’s services over secure HTTPS connections. Because the App stores data locally and operates no server, your audit data remains on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we rely on the device’s own protections and secure connections for data in transit.

  1. No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data. We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
